What Cybernetics is

Four apps that hold what you know, what you do and who you work with, and one standard plug that lets any AI read and act on them.

Cybernetics is one memory you own, with any AI plugged into it. It's four apps that work alone or together, and every one of them speaks MCP, the standard plug AI apps use to read and write your data.

The four modules

ModuleHoldsBuilt on
Data BaseWhat you know: notes and how-tos, goals and projects, people, money, in linked tables you designTeable
Project ManagementWhat you do: projects, cycles and work items, assigned to people or to agentsPlane
CRMWho you work with: people, companies, deals, notes and follow-upsTwenty
Agentic PlatformWho acts for you: custom agents and skills that use the other three, on any modelLibreChat

Start with the Data Base. It's the foundation, it works on its own, and every guide begins there. Add the others when you need them.

How they connect

  • Your AI → each module. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or the Agentic Platform connects to a module's MCP endpoint with a key you create and can revoke at any time. See Connect your AI.
  • Project Management → Data Base. Work items can carry Data Base records, so a task arrives with the know-how it needs.
  • CRM → Data Base. People, companies and deals get a Database tab for attaching records.
  • Agentic Platform → all three. Agents read your knowledge, pick up work assigned to them, and write back what they did.

Where to go next

  1. Connect your AI: create a token and plug in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor.
  2. Your first 30 minutes: set up the Data Base and ask your first real question.
  3. Guides: workflows for capture, weekly reviews, projects, people and money.
